PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us you agree to and accept these Terms. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact our customer service before placing an order with us either by telephone on +44 (0) 777 507 7600 or by email at email@example.com. Calls to our Customer Service team are charged at the local rate (BT customers only, other network providers may vary).
By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to Bagpad to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
By placing an order for the delivery of goods via this Website you are making an offer to Bagpad Limited to deliver the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable) we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. A contract between you and Bagpad for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Bagpad cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products. This applies to the representation of the monogrammed products as well.
We aim to display all items currently available on our website, and aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes while a product is active. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. If this is the case, you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about the product. Personalised products like monogrammed Bagpads and Custom-made Bagpads we don’t have in stock and might require a slightly longer time before the order can be shipped.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled goods. We will process the refund without delay and in any event not later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or (b) if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we receive your cancellation notification. You will then need to return the item(s) to us by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost. OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely happy with the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our returns policy. Our returns policy applies in addition to your legal right to cancel above and does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed products.
If you return any products in accordance with our returns policy, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
All prices quoted on this Website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling or US dollars. Bagpad Ltd is currently not VAT registered, which means that no VAT will be collected from the sales. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.
LAW AND TERRITORY
To the extent it is possible to exclude the application of other laws and regulations, these Terms and your use of our Website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This Website and our Terms have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this Website or the placing of any order through this Website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

We may, from time-to-time, run promotions and these may take the form of bonus offers, such as gifts with purchase, discounts and other incentives.
