HOW DO I USE A BAGPAD?

First empty your bag of any content. Make sure it’s clean of any dust or crumbles that might have made its way into it. Then insert your custom Bagpad, especially made for your handbag size and model, into the bag. Then close the bag if possible. Cover the bag with a dustbag. If the bag doesn’t stay up on its own you can lay it down or keep it safe in the maker’s box if available.

 

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING A BAGPAD?

Using a Bagpad every time you are not using your handbag can help prolong the life of the bag. Each Bagpad is carefully measured according to the bag to fit inside it perfectly, to keep it in its original shape and prevent from any sagging or creasing in the material. The Bagpad also protects the bag from excess humidity due to its moisture absorbing feature.

By using a Bagpad you help reduce the use of plastic and paper, and it’s also better for the handbag. Whether travelling, storing, or displaying handbags, the Bagpad is an easy, practical, and sustainable solution.

 

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can check out as a guest. Simply enter your email address on the Sign in page when you proceed to checkout and answer “no” when it asks “Do you have a password?”

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, ApplePay, GooglePay and Paypal.

HOW DOES MONOGRAMMING SERVICE WORK?

Selected Bagpad products are available for monogramming. 

The initials will be about 6cm in height.

Add in the order notes your desired initials or send us an email with the initials you want to have embroidered and your order confirmation at info@bagpad.co.uk 

Please allow 1-4 working days for production.

If you choose to monogram an item, it will be personalised for you and therefore changes, returns, exchanges or cancellations cannot be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

HOW DOES SPECIAL ORDER WORK?

Special orders can be made for any designer bags. You need to provide us with the brand, model and size of the handbag. Special orders cannot be changed or returned. Bagpad withholds the right to refuse or cancel an order at any point.
